Nicole Maksymiw, DO, MPH

Nicole Maksymiw practices at Primary Health of Connecticut in Monroe. Primary care has been a passion of hers since medical school, and she believes strong patient-doctor relationships are at the center of good care. Practicing in multiple office settings throughout the state has given her broad experience and a unique perspective on healthcare.

She sees medical care as a shared decision between a patient and their doctor, free from undue influence from large corporations, and her goal is to offer great care at a reasonable price while staying available to her patients.

A southern Connecticut native, she spends her free time with close family and friends. Winter weekends often find her skiing with her family or cheering on one of her three children at a sporting event. She is committed to making health and wellness a priority and looks forward to partnering with patients along the way.
