Melissa Jones, DO

Dr. Melissa Jones is a direct primary care physician at Priority Care in Charlotte, North Carolina. She started the practice, known to patients simply as Dr. Melissa, to give people the kind of care she always wanted for herself, with visits that aren't rushed and access to her when it matters most.

Dr. Melissa earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Millsaps University before completing her DO in Osteopathic Medicine at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences. She trained in family medicine through her residency at Carolina's Medical Center in Charlotte and spent a month providing healthcare with Samaritan's Purse in Kenya.

Charlotte has been home for nearly a decade now, and she can usually be found walking the trails at Evergreen Nature Reserve with her Mini Australian Shepherd, Roscoe, or exploring different neighborhoods by bike.
