Michael Kaler, MD

Dr. Michael Kaler practices family medicine at Progress Medical Clinic in St. Louis. He has served patients across Missouri since 2018, building particular expertise in common chronic conditions like hypertension, diabetes, and high cholesterol.

Before returning to direct primary care, he spent time working in urgent care. That experience reinforced what he already knew, that his real passion lies in the ongoing, relationship-based work of family medicine, and he made the choice to come back to it and to the DPC model that supports it.
