Sara Kepple, DO

Sara Kepple treats patients at Prosperity Family Medicine in Warrenton, Virginia, as a fully licensed osteopathic physician. She grew up in Northern Virginia and earned a bachelor's degree in neuroscience from George Mason University in 2012, then spent a year training horses in Middleburg before starting medical school at VCOM in Blacksburg in 2013. After completing a three-year family medicine residency in Spartanburg, South Carolina in 2020, she moved back to Virginia and worked at a fast-paced urgent care while planning her own practice.

As an osteopath, she has additional training in the musculoskeletal system and in osteopathic manipulative therapy, a hands-on approach to diagnosing and treating illness. She's now focused on offering the kind of continuity-based primary care that drew her to DPC in the first place, and she also volunteers at the Fauquier Free Clinic to serve the wider community.
