James Bancroft, MD

James Bancroft serves as Chief Medical Officer at R Health New Brunswick in New Brunswick. In that role he works to make sure the organization's decisions align with a strong patient experience, and he sees the clinicians on the team as skilled and independent professionals who need support more than they need to be managed closely.

Before moving into that role, Bancroft built a busy, successful practice from the ground up in partnership with others, putting real effort into delivering excellent care and patient comfort along the way.
