Dr. Danielle Estrada

Dr. Danielle Estrada is a board-certified family medicine physician and osteopathic physician with a passion for helping people live healthier, longer lives.

She completed her medical education at the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and family medicine residency in Virginia at the Shenandoah Valley Family Practice Residency Program.

Her care style is deeply holistic—focused on the whole person, not just symptoms. She believes that how we think about our bodies shapes the choices we make, and that small, intentional changes can have a lasting impact.

In addition to hospital work, she founded RealHealth to create a space where patients feel empowered, heard, and truly cared for.
