Jennifer Evans, MD, MPH

Dr. Jennifer Evans is a board-certified family medicine and obesity medicine physician at Rejuvenant Family Health Care in Macon, Georgia. She grew up in Monroe County and earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Fort Valley State University, followed by a second Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology from Augusta University's Medical College of Georgia. She then went on to earn her MD from Meharry Medical College in Nashville. From there, she completed her family medicine residency through Mercer University School of Medicine and The Medical Center, Navicent Health.

She is passionate about the total wellness of her patients and treats each one as a whole person rather than a set of symptoms to manage.

Dr. Evans lives in Middle Georgia with her husband and daughters. Reading, cooking, traveling, podcasts, music, and dancing round out her time away from the practice.
