Steven Ochi, DO

Dr. Steven Ochi, known to patients as Dr. Steve, is a board-certified family medicine physician at Remedy Direct Primary Care in Flagstaff who also holds certification in osteopathic manipulation therapy. He trained at Western University in Pomona, California, then completed his internship and residency at Pacific Hospital in Long Beach before spending six years at a community clinic in southern California.

He moved his family to Flagstaff in 2018 and brought that same approach with him, partnering closely with patients to work toward the health outcomes that matter to them. That often includes OMT, a hands-on technique he uses for neck and back pain, headaches, and other conditions rooted in the musculoskeletal system.

Ochi and his wife are raising three children amid Flagstaff's mountains and pines, and he unwinds by picking up the guitar or sitting down at the piano.
