Payal Jhawar, MD

Dr. Payal Jhawar is a board-certified internal medicine physician and founder of Revive MD Direct Primary Care in Bradenton, where she also serves as CEO.

A member of the American College of Physicians, she grew up in a small town in rural Connecticut. She then studied at Smith College in Northampton, Massachusetts, before attending St. George's University School of Medicine in Grenada. She completed her internal medicine residency at Baystate Medical Center, a Tufts University program, in Springfield, Massachusetts.

Dr. Jhawar began her primary care career at Hartford Healthcare Medical Group in 2013. She moved to Florida in 2015 to join Manatee Physician Alliance in Lakewood Ranch, spending four years there and earning the Wellmed Exceptional Patient Care Award and a Top Internist honor in 2020. Frustrated with administrators pushing rushed visits and insurers steering medical decisions, she opened Revive MD Direct Primary Care in 2020, combining her telemedicine background with a commitment to patient-centered, affordable care.
