Rekha Nair, MD, DipABLM

I am Rekha Nair - a board-certified MD (Internal Medicine) primary care physician and a longtime resident of metro west community. I am also a board-certified life style medicine specialist (Dip ABLM).

As a physician I believe that my most important role is to help patients under my care to achieve the best health outcome possible. Health does not come from a place of intervention alone (for which I have 25 years of experience) but from a place of prevention.

I am here to work with you on finding the best life style choices to prevent diseases in future while intervening in any health issues you might currently have or might come your way. Together we will walk to a place of better health and well-being.

Besides being a doctor, I am also a mother to two boys, 3 fur babies and a wife of 25 years to my business partner and we live in Shrewsbury, MA. I love painting and baking.
