Eshan Budhwani, MSPAS, PA-C

Eshan Budhwani, MSPAS, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Assistant providing comprehensive primary care and urgent care services in Atlanta and the surrounding East Metro communities, including Decatur, Brookhaven, Tucker, and Clarkston.

He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of Georgia and completed his Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies at Misericordia University in Pennsylvania.

Prior to founding Rise Up Direct Care, Eshan gained five years of clinical experience in both primary care and urgent care, caring for patients across a wide range of medical needs. He treats patients ages two and up, with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, mental health, and same-day urgent concerns.

He is fluent in Hindi. Eshan is known for taking the time to listen, explain, and partner with patients in their care. He prioritizes not only physical health, but also mental and emotional well-being.

If a question does not have an immediate answer, he believes in finding one — and ensuring patients feel supported throughout the process.

During his PA training, Eshan served as Vice President of his class and remains committed to giving back through volunteer work and community involvement.

Outside the clinic, Eshan is a lifelong animal lover and hopes to one day have five dogs.
