Dr. Eva Mackey Meyrat, MD

Eva Mackey Meyrat, MD was born in Austin, Texas. She did her undergraduate degree at St. Edward's University in Austin and moved to Galveston to attend medical school at The University of Texas Medical Branch. Dr. Eva did her residency at St. Anthony's Family Medicine Residency in Denver, CO and has received her board certification in Family Medicine. Dr. Eva has been practicing Family Medicine in the Rockwall/Rowlett/Garland/Mesquite area for the past 19 years. Dr. Eva's dream is to provide high quality primary care that focuses on the needs of the patient and eliminates the bureaucratic hassles that plague our healthcare system. She left Baylor in 2017 to pursue her dream and opened Gem MD.
