Natasha Diaz, MD

Natasha Diaz is a board certified family medicine physician at Roots Health DPC in Forest Park. She earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Chicago in 2001 and completed her family medicine residency at Contra Costa County Regional Medical Center outside San Francisco in 2004.

Her career has spanned the full range of family medicine, caring for newborns, adults, expecting mothers, and the elderly, and she has worked in outpatient primary care as well as rural emergency care, urgent care, wound care, surgical obstetric care, and newborn care. She has also served as faculty teaching family medicine residents at both MacNeal Hospital and West Suburban Medical Center, and she is passionate about improving the health and wellness of her community.

She spends her free time with her husband and three children, gardening, staying active, and getting outdoors to explore nature.
