Gregory Skochko, DO, MS

Dr. Gregory Skochko is a board certified family physician at Salveo Wellness Center in Philadelphia, with more than twelve years of primary care experience. He commissioned into the Air Force in 2002 and earned his osteopathic medical degree from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, going on to spend nearly a decade as an active duty family physician caring for service members, retirees, and their families. Seven of those years were spent overseas, including three deployments in the Pacific-Asia region providing humanitarian medical assistance.

He favors a patient and family centered approach, with an emphasis on prevention, education, and empowering the people he treats. Patients describe him as down to earth and easygoing, with a non-judgmental manner and genuine care behind his clinical skill.

A native of the Philadelphia suburbs, Skochko still lives in the neighborhood where he grew up. He has run thirty five marathons across twenty states, and he treasures time with his two young sons.
