Sandhill Direct Health's Cindy Freeman is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with more than 10 years of clinical experience in Clermont. She has worked across a range of healthcare settings, building expertise in preventative health, wellness, chronic disease management, health coaching, and acute care.
Educating patients is central to how she practices. Cindy focuses on helping people understand how to maintain good health and manage chronic conditions effectively, and she values the relationships that grow out of that work, believing they're essential to helping patients feel their best.
She lives in Central Florida with her husband and two children. When she gets the chance, she likes heading to the beach, catching sporting events and concerts, and trying new foods and cultures.
