Founder and President/CEO of Patient's Choice (1993-2003), a 450-physician IPA, and Patient's Personal Choice (2003-2005). Founding member of Bridges to Excellence Pay for Performance Program (2003-2005). Medical Director of Executive Health Fitness Evaluation (1986-1988).
