Born and raised in Orange County, Dr. Carlos Silva has always been passionate about giving back to his community. He graduated from Azusa Pacific University before pursuing his medical degree at Touro University – Nevada.
In 2017, he finished his Family Medicine residency training locally in Orange County and has been board-certified ever since.
