Dr. Paula Dygert spent her early years as a physician working with her father in a small-town practice. They knew their patients well and could tailor the care to each patient's needs. After moving to the West Coast and working in several other local primary care settings, Paula recognized she needed to open her own direct practice if she wanted to have the time necessary with each patient. Time she felt was critical to providing the very best care. She founded Simplicity Direct Care to offer this alternative within her community.
Dr. Dygert's passion for medicine led her to pursue a dual certification program in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Her medical expertise and passion for treating patients as whole people with holistic, evidence-based care is the heart behind everything at Simplicity Direct Care.
