Meghan Sills, MD

Dr. Meghan Sills was born and raised in Andover, Massachusetts, where she excelled in the sciences and music.

She attended Washington and Lee University as a chemistry major and principal cellist of the university orchestra all four years, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors.

Dr. Sills attended Wake Forest University School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where she developed her passion for family medicine. She was President of the Family Medicine Interest Group and won the Excellence in Family Medicine Award at graduation, graduating in the top 15% of her class.

She completed her residency at the Mayo Clinic Family Medicine Residency program in Scottsdale, Arizona, where she honed her procedural skills and passion for chronic disease management. Upon graduating, she was awarded the Resident Teacher Award.

When first moving to Spring Hill in 2009, Dr. Sills worked in a traditional practice until 2016 when she founded MRMG's All Access Medicine, where she developed a love for the DPC style of practice.

She won the Spring Hill/Thompsons Station Best Physician Award in 2020 and serves as a clinical professor for medical students from Lincoln Memorial University. She is an American Academy of Family Physicians National speaker.

When not in the office, you can find Dr. Sills biking or traveling with her husband, J.B., and spending time with her children, Will, Wyatt, Blakeley and JP.
