Patrick Fillnow

Dr. Patrick Fillnow is a board-certified internal medicine physician passionate about all aspects of patient care. He graduated from the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 2008 and completed his residency at The Medical University of South Carolina in 2011.Over the past ten years, he has served as an Internal Medicine Physician at the Charlotte Medical Clinic of Atrium Health as well as at Novant Health Internal Medicine - Providence.Frustrated by the limitations of traditional healthcare organizations with their focus on big business, billing, and brief office visits, Dr. Fillnow made the decision to move to a direct primary care model to provide quality, accessible healthcare tailored to the individual.Dr. Fillnow's approach is warm, attentive, and sincere. He understands the privilege of his patients' trust and takes great joy in building relationships and developing treatment plans. Within the direct primary care model, he can take his time with each patient, listening carefully to concerns and humanizing the healthcare process.A native of Pittsburgh, PA, Patrick received his undergraduate degree from Furman University, where he competed on the college tennis team. He lives locally with his wife, Julia, and their four children.
