Daniel Jo, MD

Daniel Jo, MD, is a triple board certified physician in rheumatology, geriatrics, and internal medicine at South Bay Medical in Mountain View. He graduated with honors in 2011 and brings nine years of diverse experience, with particular depth in geriatrics and rheumatology.

Before opening his own practice, Jo served as Facility Medical Director for the inpatient team at El Camino Hospital, and he still holds hospital affiliation and admission privileges there. He also continues as medical facility site director at the Forum in Cupertino, and he makes home visits to elderly patients when needed.

Jo values the long term relationships he builds with patients and stays active in the Bay Area community. His training includes fellowships in geriatrics and rheumatology at NYU Langone Hospital, Long Island, residency at Staten Island University Hospital Northwell Health, medical school at St George's University, and undergraduate study at Cornell.
