Sydne Ford, MD

I'm Dr. Sydne Ford, a passionate and board-certified Family Medicine physician. As someone with a chronic, autoimmune disorder, I am dedicated to bridging the gap between conventional and alternative healthcare.

I earned my medical degree from Meharry Medical College and honed my skills during residency at the University of Arizona with additional training in Integrative Medicine at the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine.

Recognizing the need for a more comprehensive approach, I immersed myself in Functional Medicine through the Institute for Functional Medicine and Clinical Hypnosis through the American Society of Clinical Hypnosis.

After working at the largest health institution in Arizona and then Georgia, I briefly joined a Functional Medicine clinic. It was there that I realized the immense potential of blending evidence-based alternative medicine with conventional practices.

My journey led me to co-found Spark Performance and Wellness, where I seamlessly integrate Primary Care with Integrative Medicine. The membership model at our practice allows me the invaluable time to truly understand my patients, address their needs
