Candice Cavicchia Miller, MD

Candice Cavicchia Miller founded Sparrow Family Medicine in Columbia on a simple belief that everyone deserves someone fighting for them when they're sick.

That conviction comes from her own life. As a daughter, sister, mother, wife and grandchild, she has felt what it means to watch someone she loves struggle with illness, and she knows the pull to want a person right there, pushing for the best possible care. She wanted her own family to have that kind of advocate, someone who cared the way she does.

Sparrow grew out of that wish, extended to every patient who walks through the door.
