Nikki Parquette, PA-C

Nikki Parquette is a physician assistant at Spear Direct Care in Hayden. She graduated from Illinois College with a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology, then enlisted in the U.S. Army as a combat medic after learning how badly the military needed them during the Afghanistan War, supporting troops in the field.

That time inside the medical system left her frustrated, seeing too many sick and hurting people getting care that felt inferior and impersonal, and it pushed her to keep studying. She went on to earn her master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies through the Interservice Physician Assistant Program with the University of Nebraska Medical Center.

She opened Spear Direct Care to give her community a better path to health, built around easy access to care that actually treats people well.
