Meg earned her undergraduate degree from Florida State University and her master's degree from the University of North Florida. She spent 17 years as a registered nurse, caring for patients in almost every corner of the hospital. She worked in surgery, ICU, antepartum, newborn, oncology, and medical-surgical care, building a wide foundation of skills and experience that continues to shape her practice today. After becoming a nurse practitioner, Meg found her true calling in primary care, where she could build meaningful, long-term relationships with her patients. Today, as the founder of St. Augustine Direct Primary Care, she brings her expertise and her heart for medicine directly to the community she loves. Her care philosophy is rooted in personalized, patient-focused care. She believes wellness is more than a lab result or a number on the scale, it's about understanding each person's unique story and goals. Meg partners with her patients to create sustainable, evidence-based plans that fit their lives, blending modern medicine with a personalized approach that helps patients live well at every stage of life.
