Mark Evanko, DO

Dr. Nisha George earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County and completed a Master of Science at the Icahn School of Medicine, where she conducted research on the molecular mechanisms of tendon regeneration. She attended the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, where she received traditional medical education alongside osteopathic manipulative medicine training. She completed her residency in Emergency Medicine at Virginia Commonwealth University and has been a practicing, board-certified emergency medicine physician since 2022. After witnessing countless individuals struggling with chronic illness in the ER and facing her own health challenges, she began to explore healing through nutrition and integrative medicine. This led her to pursue training in Medical Acupuncture at the Helms Medical Institute, inspiring her to merge her diverse training to offer holistic, adjunctive care beyond the ER setting.
