Phoebe Danziger

Dr. Phoebe Danziger is a board-certified pediatrician at Stowe Farm Pediatrics in Suttons Bay, where she brought pediatric care back to Leelanau County.

She previously taught as a Clinical Assistant Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Michigan. She later worked at a rural health center and community hospital in Otsego County, where she still helps out monthly as an attending physician on the labor and delivery unit. Danziger also has additional training in pediatric bioethics and writes on the intersection of medicine, culture, and ethics, with work published in the New York Times and McSweeney's.

The practice takes its name from the small hobby farm in Suttons Bay she shares with her husband, Jake, their four daughters, and an assortment of goats, chickens, cats, dogs, mini horses, and two cows named Frances and Gloria. Gardening, cooking, and photography fill her free time.
