Jennifer Sult, MD

Dr. Sult attended Medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine and did her residency in South Bend. She is excited to open a practice back in Rochester, where she lives with her husband Johnny and their two children west of Rochester near the town of Leiter's Ford.

I am thrilled to be able to come back to practice in Rochester and provide an alternative to the current broken healthcare system. I firmly believe there is a better way to provide health care and plan to offer it at Sult Family Medicine.

My practice will be Fulton County's first Direct Primary Care practice. It takes the middleman out of the doctor to patient relationship.
