Dr. Jennifer Sult practices at Sult Family Medicine in Rochester. She attended medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her residency in South Bend before returning home to open her own practice.
She started Fulton County's first Direct Primary Care practice because she believes there is a better way to deliver health care, one that takes the middleman out of the relationship between doctor and patient. Coming back to practice in Rochester means a great deal to her.
She lives west of town near Leiter's Ford with her husband Johnny and their two children.
