Tara Tarantino is a board-certified family medicine physician at Tarantino Medical Group in Walnut Creek. She treats patients from adolescence through the senior years, with care built around whole-person wellness, long-term health, and a genuine partnership between doctor and patient.
Tarantino opened her independent practice in 2025 and moved it to the Direct Primary Care model the following year. She earned her medical degree from Rowan University School of Osteopathic Medicine, completed her internship at NYU Langone Hospital-Brooklyn, and finished her residency at Saint John's Episcopal Hospital in Queens. She is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Physicians and brings Osteopathic Manipulative Treatment into her practice as part of a more complete approach to care.
