Noah Sarr is a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and the founder of The Ark Direct Primary Care in Exeter, California. With more than a decade of clinical experience, he built the practice to offer transparent, personalized care outside the traditional insurance model.

Across both specialties he draws on his broad medical background while staying focused on the relationships he builds with patients, supporting them through all stages of life. His approach centers on empathy and respect for each person's individual needs, with an eye toward long-term wellness rather than quick fixes.

A husband and father of three, Noah is rooted in his community and family life. He and his boys spend time working the family homestead together.
