Amber Beckenhauer, DO

Dr. Amber Beckenhauer, known to her patients as Dr. B, is a family medicine physician at The Healthy Human in Blair, Nebraska.

A native of the small Nebraska town of Ashland, she earned her osteopathic medical degree at KCUMB in Kansas City and completed her family medicine residency in Lincoln in 2011, going on to practice as a rural family medicine physician that same year. Her experience covers full scope family medicine, from newborns to geriatric patients, in both emergency room and clinic settings, along with prenatal care, deliveries by cesarean or vaginal birth, and a range of other procedures.

She has served as medical director of the MCH emergency room and the Blair Clinic, as well as medical staff president. Beyond the clinic, she sits on the boards of the Direct Primary Care Alliance and the Nebraska Academy of Family Physicians, and has taught as faculty for Nebraska Medicine's Clarkson Family Medicine Program.
