Prachee Jain, MD

Dr. Prachee Jain is inspired to give effective basic care & create long-lasting doctor–patient relationships. She helps her patients improve their lives by improving their health. Direct Primary Care allows her to practice medicine the way it should be. She helps patients stay healthy by concentrating on preventive medicine. When not in the office, she enjoys getting outside with her family, including activities like biking, camping, & hiking. She is a Scout Master for Troop 448 in Salisbury. Dr. Jain is a physician-business owner who is also a wife, mother, daughter, & sister. She received her M.D. in Internal Medicine from St. George's University – School of Medicine.
