Prachee Jain, MD

Dr. Prachee Jain practices internal medicine at The Hometown Doctors in Kannapolis. She earned her M.D. in Internal Medicine from St. George's University School of Medicine and built her practice around forming lasting relationships with patients rather than rushing through appointments.

What draws her to direct primary care is the chance to practice medicine the way she believes it should work, with real time to focus on preventive care and help patients get healthier rather than just treating what comes up. She sees her role as improving lives by improving health, one relationship at a time.

Jain is a wife, mother, daughter and sister, and she serves as Scout Master for Troop 448 in Salisbury. When she's not seeing patients, she's usually outside with her family, whether that's biking, camping or hiking.
