Valerie Miles

Dr. Valerie Miles is a board-certified pediatrician at ThriveWell Pediatrics in Jacksonville, Florida. A Clemson graduate, she earned her medical degree at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston and completed her pediatric training and chief residency at Primary Children's Hospital at the University of Utah. She has held board certification in pediatrics since 1995.

Her first practice was in Durango, Colorado, where she was introduced to holistic medicine, blending modern medical care with traditional healing arts. Four years later, she and her family relocated to Jacksonville to be closer to family. In December 2000, she became one of the first physicians in the country to earn board certification in integrative medicine.
