Charlotte Grinberg, MD, is a Harvard-trained internal medicine and primary care physician with additional fellowship training in end-of-life care. After caring for the sickest patients in the healthcare system, she came to a powerful realization: many illnesses are preventable. Her mission now is to help people stay well — before they become too sick to enjoy life fully. This work requires not just medical knowledge, but also motivation, partnership, and personalized support.
Her approach centers on warm, collaborative conversations where patients feel supported to explore their health history, habits, and goals. She creates a space where meaningful change feels possible — and sustainable. She is deeply committed to making the healthcare experience as seamless, personal, and accessible as it should be.
Dr. Grinberg lives in Washington, DC, with her husband and five young children. She is also the Chief Medical Officer of Montgomery Hospice. Alongside her clinical work, she is an avid writer, and she prioritizes her marriage, family, community, and her own physical and mental wellness.
