Anna Reph, DO
Two Eleven Health was founded by Dr. Anna Reph with a vision to revolutionize healthcare. Driven by a deep-rooted passion for patient-centered care, Dr. Reph recognized the need for a healthcare model that prioritized the doctor-patient relationship and eliminated the complexities of traditional insurance.
Dr. Reph completed her medical education at the Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Cleveland. Following her medical training, she served as a resident physician at University Hospitals, gaining invaluable experience in providing comprehensive primary care.
Prior to her medical career, Dr. Reph completed her Master of Business Administration from the University of Dayton and obtained her Certified Public Accountant license. She served in auditing roles at renowned firms such as Deloitte & Touche, Cohen & Company, and Lincoln Electric.
Dr. Reph's diverse professional background enables her to bring a unique perspective to patient care. At Two Eleven Health, she offers a wide range of primary care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute illness treatment, committed to building strong doctor-patient relationships and providing compassionate, personalized care.
Dr. Reph is a lifelong resident of Avon Lake, Ohio, where Two Eleven Health is located. She currently resides there with her husband, two children, and two dogs. When she's not caring for patients, Dr. Reph enjoys exploring new places and has a passion for travel.
