Courtney Contreras, MPAS, PA-C

Courtney Contreras is the provider at VitaLife Infusion in Show Low, where she offers Direct Primary Care alongside hormone therapy, medical weight loss, and IV wellness treatments.

Her medical training began in fast moving settings, with years in general and vascular surgery, emergency medicine, and time in the Marine Corps, work that taught her to read a situation quickly and stay calm when things got complicated. She grew up in the White Mountains and came home to open a practice for the community, one that started as an IV therapy clinic and grew into a Direct Primary Care model built around longer visits and thorough labs. She has additional training in bioidentical hormone replacement therapy, anti-aging protocols, and functional medicine, and she keeps her patient panel small on purpose so she can actually know the people she treats.

A mom and self described outdoor adventurist, Contreras can often be found riding her horse or out with her camera somewhere in the White Mountains.
