Stephanie Lersch, MD

Dr. Stephanie Lersch is a board-certified family medicine physician at Vitality Direct Primary Care in Belton. She built a broad background in outpatient primary and urgent care for both adults and children before moving into the Direct Primary Care model, drawn by the chance to give patients real access to their doctor and the highest quality care she could offer.

She earned her MD from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine and completed her Family and Community Medicine residency at University of Missouri Healthcare. That combination of primary and urgent care experience now shapes how she practices DPC. By keeping her patient panel smaller, she stays reachable by call, text, or video chat whenever patients need her.

Dr. Lersch believes patients deserve a physician who genuinely advocates for their well-being, and she takes the time to listen so she and her patients can make health decisions together.
