Dr. Kori Feldman is a board-certified physician who takes a root-cause approach to care. She graduated from medical school at Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science and completed her residency at MacNeal Hospital Family Medicine Residency. During her training, she studied under Dr. Andrew Weil's program in Integrative Medicine and worked at a natural medicine clinic. In 2008, she opened Integrative Family Health Associates, and in 2015, she founded Vitality Wellness Partners. In 2018, she established Vitality Family Health, a hybrid practice model combining primary care with functional medicine and wellness services. Her care philosophy focuses on whole-person wellness and sustainable, long-term health improvements rather than just symptom management. She has advanced training from the Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM) and American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). She has presented at Harvard University; been featured on ABC, NBC, and FOX; and serves as a speaker for the Functional Forum and Hybrid Practice Specialist coach for healthcare practitioners. Professional memberships include Charter Member of the Academy of Integrative Health and Medicine (AIHM), American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP), American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M), and Institute for Functional Medicine (IFM).
