Stacey Palmer is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner at Vivere Healthcare and Wellness in Georgetown, which she co-founded with her husband, Jarrod.
After overcoming autoimmune disease herself through lifestyle medicine, Palmer became passionate about helping patients take charge of their health. She is a Diplomate of the American College of Lifestyle Medicine and a Certified Plantrician Provider, focusing on plant-based nutrition, cardiometabolic health, and preventive care that lowers inflammation and builds lasting energy.
She earned her Doctor of Nursing Practice from the University of Texas at Austin, where she focused on addressing the root causes of chronic disease through evidence-based, preventive care. She now serves as an adjunct professor in the same program at the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor and has been published in The Journal of Nursing Education and Practice. Patients value her clear communication, longer appointments, and whole-person approach. A golfer who logs long Sunday runs, she also makes time for her husband.
