Sarah McGinley, MSN, APRN, FNP-C

Sarah McGinley is a nurse practitioner and the founder of Weatherly Direct Primary Care in Wakefield. She spent 12 years working in healthcare in the South County area, and over that time she kept running into the same problem. The insurance-based model got in the way of good care, with middlemen crowding into decisions that should have been between her and her patients.

That frustration is what pushed her to start Weatherly DPC. She wanted a practice that gave patients real access and attention without the usual red tape, and building it herself was the only way to make that happen.
