Charly Spangler, DNP, APRN, FNP-C
Charly Spangler is a nurse practitioner and the founder of Wellness Redefined, LLC in Seward. She has worked as a registered nurse for 16 years and as a nurse practitioner for 12, starting out in the intensive care unit before spending a decade in primary and urgent care.
In 2020 she completed her doctorate in nursing with a focus in direct primary care, followed by a functional medicine certification through the Institute for Functional Medicine. After years of conventional practice, she found herself drawn toward root cause medicine, looking for the "why" behind a patient's symptoms rather than just treating what shows up. She opened Wellness Redefined in 2023 to build that kind of care around her patients directly.
She and her husband of eleven years live on a farm with their three kids, Kasen, Elsie, and Cleo. Early morning walks on gravel roads, coffee on the porch while the kids chase chickens, church on Sundays, and the occasional outdoor adventure round out her time away from the office.
