Stephanie Walker

Stephanie Walker, DNP, FNP-C Stephanie is co-owner of Wilkes ProHealth and a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner with the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She also holds a Doctorate degree in Nursing Practice.She is a native of Ashe County and now calls Wilkes County home. Stephanie has a wonderful husband Mark and 3 children named Kylee, Gavin and Weston. She is a major dog lover. She has a french bulldog named Ella and 3 pugs, Lucy, Lily and Chatito.When she isn't taking care of patients she enjoys going to sporting events with her family and going on vacations. Her favorite things are dogs, the beach and reading ghosts/suspense/crime novels.My favorite thing about healthcare is forming relationships. I enjoy listening to patients. My dream has always been to have my own practice where I can know my patients individual stories and truly make a difference.
