Ryan Adami, DO

Dr. Ryan Adami is the founder and Medical Director of Xcelsior Health in Tampa, Florida. He earned his medical degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2005 and completed dual residency training in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at the University of South Florida in 2009.

He started the practice with a clear goal in mind, building a model of care centered on prevention, longevity, and real relationships with patients. That focus led him to create the Xcelsior Longevity Plus program, where he works directly with a limited number of patients who want to optimize their healthspan, performance, and long-term vitality.

As Medical Director, Dr. Adami also oversees the broader Xcelsior Health team, so patients in primary care and those in the longevity program alike get the same thoughtful, proactive, data-driven approach to their health.
