Chad Savage, MD

Dr. Chad Savage founded YourChoice Direct Care in Brighton in 2015, building the practice around a Direct Primary Care model that lets him put patients ahead of insurance requirements. He has been practicing medicine since 2003, holds a degree from the University of Michigan, and earned his MD from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine in Cleveland. His residency took him to Washington University School of Medicine and Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, where he built a strong background in managing complex medical conditions. What keeps him motivated is helping patients get healthier and improve their quality of life.

Savage grew up in Hartland, Michigan, and once raced motocross. He's married with two adult children, and he and his family stay active in their church and in family activities together. He also belongs to the Greater Brighton Area Chamber of Commerce.
