Dr. Rezai is a double board-certified physician, hailing from the Southern California region, specifically Northridge, CA, where he spent his formative years. He pursued his undergraduate education at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) before embarking on his medical journey at Touro University located in Vallejo, CA.Subsequently, he undertook a rigorous rural family medicine residency program at the Shasta Community Health Center in Redding, CA, which is affiliated with the University of California, Davis (UC-Davis).
