Jeff Panzer

Dr. Jeff Panzer is a family physician at Bridge Family Health in Evanston, Illinois, treating patients since 2009. He earned his medical degree at Temple University School of Medicine and completed his family medicine residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia, later adding a master's degree in healthcare quality and patient safety from Northwestern University.

Beyond direct patient care, Dr. Jeff has worked to bring relationships back to the center of medicine. He served as vice president of care transformation for Tapestry 360 Health, a federally qualified health center on Chicago's north side, and as physician innovator at AllianceChicago. His path has also taken him to a rural health center in Ethiopia as medical director and to the American Medical Association as a practice transformation consultant. He sees patients in both English and Spanish.

A father of three, Dr. Jeff spends his free time running, playing beach volleyball, reading, camping, and coaching his kids' sports teams.
