Emma Daisy

Dr. Emma Daisy is a board certified family physician with added certification in geriatrics at Bridge Family Health in Evanston. She earned her medical degree from Northwestern's Feinberg School of Medicine in 2011, trained in family medicine at Northwestern/Erie Family Health, and completed a geriatrics fellowship at the University of Chicago in 2015. She has practiced in the Chicago area ever since.

Health equity and primary care access have long shaped her work, interests she has carried into leadership with the Illinois Academy of Family Physicians, where she has served as both president and board chair. She sees herself as a family physician first, caring for patients of every age and stage of life.

A North Carolina and Virginia native, she still returns to those mountains to hike and camp, and closer to home she is often out doing yoga, biking, or swimming in Lake Michigan. She is a mother of two, married to a professional musician, so music fills her house.
