William Crouch

Dr. William Crouch is a board-certified family medicine physician with Epiphany Health in Arcadia. A native of Bowling Green, Kentucky, he studied biology at Vanderbilt University before earning his medical degree at the University of Tennessee Health Science Center, where the NIH recognized his research on type 2 diabetes with a Medical Student Research Fellowship Award. He completed his family medicine residency at Bayfront Medical Center in St. Petersburg.

Crouch went on to practice with Pennyrile Family Physicians in Hopkinsville, Kentucky, serving as Chief of the Department of Family Medicine at Jennie Stuart Medical Center and helping the hospital open the area's first after-hours urgent care facility. In 2007 he helped build Epiphany Health Direct Primary Care into a model that has since drawn national recognition.

He has also served as Medical Director for New College of Florida and as a preceptor for Yale University's Physician Assistant program.
