Patricia Herbert, MD

Dr. Herbert has been a Family physician for over 15 years. A Chicago native, she went to Rush University Medical School and then completed her family medicine residency at University of Minnesota/North Memorial Medical Center in Minneapolis, MN. Dr. Herbert chose to specialize in family medicine to focus on the patient and the relationships between the patient and physician. She feels strongly that through getting to know the whole patient and their families, she can better understand what is contributing to their medical conditions and how to help them get better. She enjoys working on prevention of chronic medical conditions with her patients and helping to keep patients active. Dr. Herbert will start seeing patients in January 2026
