Claudia Emmons

Dr. Claudia Emmons is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Sabal Direct Primary Care in Ocala, Florida. A native of Ocala, she earned her bachelor's degree from the University of Florida, then completed medical school at the USF College of Medicine in Tampa before returning to Gainesville for her residency in internal medicine at the University of Florida and Shands.

Her hospital privileges include Ocala Regional Medical Center and Advent Health Ocala, and she serves on the board of the Marion County Medical Society as well as acting as a county delegate to the Florida Medical Association.

Ocala has always been home to Dr. Emmons, and she's grateful for the chance to practice medicine there. She's married to Tyler, the practice's manager, and together they're raising two sons, Elijah and Samuel.
